My Healing Plan is an undated planner that was created for people to track where they are now against where they want to be on their journey, healing plan and life.
The space has been designed to allow you to write down details of plans, protocols and treatments that you may wish to try or embark on and is a place where you can journal how you are feeling each day as well as log your to do lists and tasks.
Inside, you will find motivational phrases to keep your positivity up and a space where you can write down what you love and care about as a focus to keep you going and to refer back to.
The twelve month planner is in a weekly format and has been left undated so that you can start any time in the year.
